Safety and sanitation procedures are strictly maintained in compliance with the rules and regulations of the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmotoleogy, as well as all other applicable regulation agencies.

SAFETY: Your safety as my client is my highest priority, so it's important to fill out the new client intake form carefully. For your safety and mine, I will only work on healthy nails. If you have a doctor's note to receive services, bring it to your first appointment!

SANITATION: All equipment and tools are cleansed, rinsed, and properly disinfected with an EPA registered disinfectant after each service. Each client will receive a clean, disinfected set of implements to be used during the service. Disposable tools are discarded after each use.

$10 deposit due at time of booking. This will go towards the total service cost and will secure your appointment spot. Non-refundable.

LATENESS: 15 minute grace period - after this time I may need to cancel your appointment if there's not enough time for your service.

CANCELLATIONS: Please give me 24 hours notice for cancellations and changes! I understand emergencies happen, and will work with you on rescheduling. If it happens a lot, I may decide to discontinue services.

NO CALL, NO SHOWS: If the client doesn't call, doesn't text, and doesn't show up to a scheduled appointment, I'll try to contact them once. If I can't get a hold of them, I'll assume an emergency. If this happens many times, I may decide to discontinue services.

Text or DM me for same day appointments! No fee.

REMOVALS: Removal of my own work for a full new set is free. Outside removals are $10.

FILLS: No outside fills, please! Allow two weeks between fill appointments. This is the minimum required amount of time between fills.

RETENTION: 7 day retention guarantee. If you experience lifting or falling within 7 days of service, I will repair them free of charge. After 7 days, a $10 repair fee applies.

AFTERCARE: Client aftercare is integral in maintaining beautiful nail extensions. The first 24 hours are the most important - the chemical bonds in your extensions continue to make new connections for up to a day after application. This is when your nails are the most delicate! Take extra care once you leave to ensure a long-lasting manicure.

Tips to maintain your beautiful new nails:

1. Don’t use your nails as tools! Use the side of your finger or your knuckle instead of your extensions.

2. Maintain the skin around your nails daily with cuticle oil or hand cream. This keeps your manicure looking new and neat, reduces hangnails, locks in moisture, and encourages a healthy skin barrier.

3. Wear gloves when you need to hand-wash dishes or laundry. Repeated contact with excess moisture and soaps can interfere with the longevity of your manicure and even cause lifting.

Providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment is integral for the service provided and for the comfort of both parties. I reserve the right to discontinue services to clients who display disrespectful behavior.
